Shipping & Returns Policy
Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information when available.
Please note that delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, method selected, and destination. Once your order has been shipped, transit times are determined by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@altalunerituals.com. We will assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier and review your case accordingly.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If tracking confirms a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Altalune is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first.
If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact us within 7 days and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs that may apply to their order. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our herbal teas and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@altalunerituals.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund to your original method of payment. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to modify or cancel it after it begins processing. Please double-check your shipping address and items before confirming your order.
