Shipping & Returns Policy
Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information when available.
Please note that delivery times vary based on the carrier, shipping method, and destination. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Altalune is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our studio and is in the carrier’s possession, Altalune is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. We’re happy to provide any information needed to assist with the claim process, but we cannot replace or refund orders once they have been shipped.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs that may apply to their order. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order or you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@altalunerituals.com so we can review your situation.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to modify or cancel it after it begins processing. Please double-check your shipping address and items before confirming your order.
